It’s just plain ugly

OK. I know we’ve got to “explore” the “new” ad stacks. But this spread in today’s Wall Street Journal is just plain ugly and hard to read.

If Discover had tweaked the design by dropping all of those logos, it would have worked much better.

Instead, it’s just a big mess. I hope the designer had a better version that was passed over by an evil boss.
